Veteran Motocross Foundation ("VMX," "we," "us," or "our") is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering veterans struggling with the physical and mental challenges of military service through the sport of motocross. Our mission is to provide community, therapy, and accessible programming to veteran riders across the United States. We are headquartered in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site or Portal, creating a membership account, making a donation, purchasing merchandise, or otherwise engaging with our Services, you confirm that:

3. Membership
3.1 Eligibility
Membership in Veteran Motocross Foundation is open to veterans, active-duty military personnel, and their immediate family members. Certain membership tiers or benefits may require verification of military service. We reserve the right to request documentation and to deny or revoke membership if eligibility requirements are not met.
3.2 Annual Membership Fee
The current annual membership fee is $20 USD. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Membership is valid for one year from the date of activation and must be renewed annually.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@veteranmx.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Merchandise and Purchases
Merchandise sold through our Shopify-powered store (veteran-mx.myshopify.com or shopveteranmx.org) is subject to the terms and policies presented at the point of sale, including applicable shipping and return policies. All sales are processed in USD. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Donations
Donations made through our Site are voluntary and non-refundable. Veteran Motocross Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization. We will use donations to support our programs, events, operations, and mission at our discretion.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.
